
Make your immune system healthy, nowadays it is essential for everyone. One spice which is easily available in our kitchen is haldi. It’s very good for your lungs. This boosts anti inflammatory ability of lungs and is very easy to make.
How to make
Take fresh raw haldi (1inch piece). If fresh turmeric is not available, take 1 teaspoon of dry haldi powder and boil this in half cup of water. When this mixture is reduced to half, then put 1 cup of milk in this and boil it. That’s all it takes. Your immunity booster is ready. For taste, one can add a little honey to it.
Try to take this before breakfast or at night before going to bed.
My experience
I tried this for a month and now my allergic cough has gone. You may also try this with just water.
