How to consume?
1. Make pickle of garlic. Take garlic cloves put in small glass jar add salt in it. Advisable to eat this in winters.
2. One can take a raw garlic clove early in the morning as this is very good for heart and controls bad cholesterol.
Lemon
Lemon is full of vitamin C, so make sure to take lemons in any form possible. Make a lemon drink & sip this throughout the day.
Take one glass of water, take one 🍋 cut it and squeeze in the water. Put those lemon pieces in your water and if lemongrass is available,put that also in glass. Keep drinking this and keep adding more water in your glass/bottle to last the whole day. This simple drink is magic as it strengthens your immunity & is anti cancerous too.

Curd is a very good source of vitamin C. Nowdays, everyone is looking for healthy food which fights against viruses. We have so many food items in our kitchen which make our immune system strong enough to fight against diseases. You can add curd in your meals.. same way you must have citrus fruits on a daily basis. Find ways to make your curd tasty. You can make raita with veggies like tomato, onion or even crushed lauki (bottle gourd).
