How to make smoothies…..

1 Take one piece musk melon & two bananas, make smoothie by blending these. Put milk in it and add 2 spoons soaked chia seeds in this. Your fresh smoothie is ready. Use your own choice of fruits and experiment.

2 One can add chia seeds in roohafza milk which is easy to make & very tasty. This is the most common cool summer drink.
