Sweet & sour lemon pickle.
Posting my own home recipe. This pickle is very good for health & very tasty. Spices which I have used to make this pickle are very good for digestion. Lemon itself is full of Vitamin C, we all know that. Vitamin C is good for our immune system.
Eat this pickle with your meals . Food will digest easily with this pickle.
Ingredients : 500 gram fresh lemon
Rock salt : 200gram
Crushed black pepper 50 gram
Ajwain (Bishop seeds ) 50 grams
Salt 50 grams
Sugar:100 gram
Take lemon and wash them properly, cut into 4 pieces each. Take one bowl and put lemon pieces into the bowl. Now put all spices into the lemon and mix it well with your hands. Let this rest for a day. Next day, take glass jar and put pickle into the jar, mix it well . Next few days, keep this pickle jar in sunlight. After one week, your pickle is ready. Enjoy your pickle with the meals. You can enjoy this for a long time, it will not go bad. ππ
