(SUGAR FREE ENERGY BAR)

This is one of my everyday morning tea time snack ,which is very healthy, even have this after your morning workout. Full of energy ,good to boost your immunity. Good for all ages , children to old people, only have one piece in a day that is sufficient for our daily nuts requirement.

This is made by me . I always make this for my family 👪. Nuts one can choose according to their requirements. I have used nuts which suits me and my family. There is no sugar required for this, not even much Oil ,just one spoon Desi ghee .

How to Make, : Cut the nuts into small pieces except raisin , now take a pan put on the gas stove now add one spoon ghee in it and slightly roast nuts in it except dates & raisins. Once these nuts are roasted keep them aside, now take dates & raisins slightly warm them in that same pan, when they become soft remove from the stove. Mix all the ingredients together properly with your hands. Take one dish ,apply some oil in it with brush. Put allthe prepared dry fruit mixture in it and set it properly. Wait for an hour till that time it will set properly.Now you cut it in the shape whichever you feel like ,it is ready to energize you.

INGREDIENT ( seedless dates,Almonds,cashews, walnuts, chia seeds,pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds & Raisins.

Quantity: Dates 500grms ,Almonds 250grms,Cashews 250grms ,Chia seeds one tablespoon, Pumpkin seeds two tablespoons,Poppy seeds two tablespoons,Raisins 250grms
