INGREDIENT:- Mango pulp, Fresh cream, condensed milk, some dry fruits…
Mango ice cream is very easy to make at home with minimum ingredients. This is perfect recipe for the summer season,in summers abundance of mangoes are available in the market.
Take pulp of two mangoes ,whisp with electric blender, add one cup of fresh cream, you can add fresh Malai also in india we make fresh cream at home,we call it Malai ,what we do is milk we take it to use for daily we boil it ,when it comes on room temperature we put the pot in the fridge, layer of cream come on the top of the milk ,we use this home made cream, one can buy from the market………so whisp the Mango pulp, cream,100grms condense milk whisp all the ingredients together properly and put in the container, decorate with some dry fruits……I decorated with some small Mango slices & some slices of plums…..you can decorate according to your own style……..Now put the ice cream container in the freezer for atleast 6 hours to set the ice cream properly…..yummy ice cream is ready for eat 😋………..I don’t put extra sugar in it because mangoes are having natural sweetener, if someone likes more sweet they can add extra sugar………
