Ingredients.
1 Wheat flour 500 grams
2 Flaxseed roasted power 500 grams
3 sesame seeds 250 grams
5 sugar 750 grams
4 Desi Ghee 500 grams
Almonds , cashew nut coconut powder
Take a big size pan put ghee in it ,heat the ghee then put wheat flour in the ghee start roasting flour on a slow flame. When Ghee gets separated ,add Flax seeds powder & Sesame seeds.Continue stirring it till,mixed well . Add crushed Almonds & Cashew nuts & other nuts according to your taste . Keep stirring & finally add Sugar powder .
Cool it for sometime while stirring .Make Ladoos & Njoy tasty home made sweets.These are very healthy and good to have in winters . Flaxseeds are good to control diabetes. So diabetes patients will enjoy this. They can add jaggery powder instead to put sugar.
This is my own personal recipe which I make in winters. Yesterday only I made these healthy and tasty ladoos.
